 This study determines the value for money of national NTD control across multiple sectors assessing the potential health, financial, and education gains of NTD control in a setting where NTDs are highly endemic, highlighting the potentially large societal benefits of investing in NTD control.

The design of schistosomiasis monitoring and evaluation programmes: The importance of collecting adult data to inform treatment strategies for Schistosoma mansoni

This latest article from the NTD Modelling consortium highlights that adults should be included within M&E programmes. Improving M&E programmes to incorporate collection of such data will allow for more accurate determination of the optimal treatment strategy for a defined region.
