SCORE and ClinEpiDB: A Demonstration of NTD and Schistosomiasis Data Accessibility and Exploration
In this webinar, ClinEpiDB will explore datasets from SCORE (Schistosomiasis Consortium for Operational Research and Evaluation) on ClinEpiDB and demonstrate how data from field studies of neglected tropical diseases can be accessed and queried.
The webinar will present data from the Schistosomiasis Consortium for Operational Research and Evaluation (SCORE).
SCORE was established in December 2008 to answer strategic questions about schistosomiasis control and elimination, and was funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation through a grant to the University of Georgia Research Foundation (UGARF).
The data from 9 major SCORE studies in various countries mostly in Africa has now been placed into ClinEpiDB so that they would be available to anyone interested in searching them or using them for their own analyses.
The webinar is intended to show people how to access and use the SCORE datasets in ClinEpiDB.
