Jack Lancaster is a strategy consultant, specialising in providing advice to healthcare organisations in the public, private, and international development sectors around the world. Jack has been involved with the GSA since its inception, helping shape many elements of its overarching structure and governance.
Whilst most of Jack's work focuses on shaping large healthcare systems across Europe, UK, and Australia, he has additional experience designing and implementing mass drug administration programmes in Nigeria.
Jack brings to our advisory board a wealth of experience and best practice in governance, delivery capabilities and strategic oversight and direction.
