Ms Katharina Klohe

Katharina has been with the GSA since 2015, working as a supporting Programme Manager and focusing on the urban schistosomiasis work stream. Her background is in Psychology (BSc) and International Studies (MA), she also holds an MSc in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics. Her dissertation introduced her to the world of schistosomiasis and its community having worked on monitoring and evaluation of the Praziquantel Donation Programme. She continues to be involved in M&E activities, in addition to her work on communication, advocacy and project management. Being based in Germany, Katharina is keen on engaging the German schistosomiasis community more actively in GSA activities.
